As a reminder:
The aim of these programmes is to develop high-quality scientific and technological exchanges between the research laboratories of the two scientific communities, by encouraging new cooperative ventures or the development of new fields.
The funding allocated is mainly intended to finance the "international additional costs" of the projects, i.e. the mobility of the researchers involved in these partnerships.
General selection criteria: in addition to scientific quality, the main assessment criteria are: the complementary nature of the teams, the mutual transfer of skills, the foreseeable scientific or industrial spin-offs AND the participation of PhD students and/or young scientists (postdocs) in the mobility.
The application form
For PHC & COFECUB: FOR THE FRENCH PART: the French team must enter the application files online on the Campus France extranet according to the procedures indicated on the Campus France website (the file is generally co-submitted, but depending on the programme, the foreign partner may need to send a copy to its local authorities).
For ECOS: FOR THE FRENCH PART: the application must be sent by the Direction de la Recherche et de la Valorisation (DRV), under cover of the institution AND by the applicant electronically.
VERY IMPORTANT / SIGNATURE / NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY
Applicants must certify that they have obtained the agreement of their home institution to submit their application.
1. Either the online file includes a signature page and should therefore be sent to the DRV for signature by the Chairman;
2. Either the online application does not have a specific page, in which case the DRV will provide the applicant with a notice of opportunity to certify that the application has been approved by the University; this notice should be attached to the application submitted on the Campus France extranet.
In both cases, the signature will be affixed after receipt of a copy of the file (EVEN IF THE VERSION IS PROVISIONAL).
Person authorised to sign for the institution: for AMU, REGARDLESS OF THE PROGRAMME, the "person responsible/director etc of the organisation" is EXCLUSIVELY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNIVERSITY.
