The call for PSPC-Regions projects (Structuring Project for Competitiveness - Regions) has been launched and will close on 11 September 2019 at 12 noon.
The PSPC-Regions replaces the Fonds Unique Interministériel (FUI) in a new phase of the competitiveness cluster policy. It is therefore set to be a recurring programme, with two calls per year planned from 2020. The PSPC-Regions mobilises state and regional funding and is operated by BPI France.
Typology of projects
- Budget: €1m to €4m
- Duration: 2 to 4 years
- Consortium: Minimum 2 companies (including 1 SME) + 1 research laboratory
Funding and accreditation by a Competitiveness Cluster
If a project is accredited by a competitiveness cluster, the rate of aid for companies will be increased:
- from 35 to 50% for an SME,
- from 25 to 35% for an ETI,
- from 20 to 25% for a large company.
As part of the selection process, the PSPC-Regions projects are proposed to the local authorities for co-financing with the State, with the aim of achieving parity.
State support for beneficiaries takes the form of grants and/or repayable advances.
Local authorities implement their own aid arrangements.
