Parrot is the Franco-Estonian Partenariat Hubert Curien (PHC). It is implemented in France by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) and the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Space (MESRE), and in the partner country by the Estonian Research Council (ETAG).
The aim of this programme is to develop scientific and technological exchanges of excellence between laboratories in the two countries, by encouraging new cooperative ventures and the participation of young researchers and doctoral students.
All scientific fields are covered by this programme. Priority will be given to projects involving at least one doctoral or post-doctoral student (with a doctorate of less than 3 years) in their team.
