JOB DESCRIPTION
Mission: The person recruited will report to the MIO's administrative manager and will be part of the administrative team of 6 people. In particular, he/she will be required to assist the UMR Director in organising diaries and business travel.
Activities: Managing the Director's business travel and diary: booking transport and accommodation, drawing up travel orders, monitoring reimbursements, etc.
Processing and distributing information (monitoring mail and telephone communications, screening and directing calls, filing and archiving documents, etc.)
Help organise meetings, seminars and conferences
Providing a permanent reception service for internal and external contacts, dealing with their requests or referring them to line management.
Memorise the main current issues and appreciate what is at stake.
Skills: General knowledge of administrative management and secretarial techniques
Knowledge of management procedures
Good knowledge of IT tools
Written and oral comprehension of English desirable
Anticipating and managing emergency situations
Information research, verification and filing
