I am a PhD student in microbial ecology, working under the supervision of Cécile Militon and Philippe Cuny. My thesis explores the structure and composition of prokaryotic communities in mangrove sediments across spatial and temporal scales, by integrating 16S rRNA metabarcoding with sediment biogeochemical profiling.
