I am an early career researcher working on microbial diversity, interactions and dynamics in marine coastal ecosystems. Throughout my career, I specialized in marine virology. After completing a Ph.D. on diatom-parasite interactions in the Western English Channel (Roscoff Biological Station, France), I investigated the influence of temperature on cyanobacteria-cyanophage interactions (Debbie Lindell's lab, Technion, Israel). I am currently working on viruses infecting green algae in coastal lagoons (MIO, France).
Research interests:
- Virus ecology
- Host-parasite interactions
- Microbial diversity
- Marine ecosystem dynamics
