As announced in previous messages, the resumption of activities on Monday will be accompanied by health and safety measures, the importance of which I would like to reiterate.
For your arrival, please enter via the forecourt on the ground floor of the Mediterranean building (wooden forecourt), which opens onto the reception hall. There is a dedicated door for exiting the reception hall. You can leave via the other dedicated door in the reception hall or via the other usual exit doors.
Signage for arrivals/departures and movements within our premises is being put in place. I would ask you to please follow these signs, which should enable us to keep our distance from each other when moving around. As soon as you arrive, go and see the people on duty. You will have to sign the list and you will be able to pick up 2 washable masks.
On the university website, you will find several instructions and tutorials listed in the link. I encourage you to consult them.
As soon as you have it, wear a mask in our buildings.
The lift should only be used by one person.
In the MEDITERRANEE building, ventilation is provided by a double-flow CMV system that works on the same principle as a single-flow CMV (forced extraction of stale air, creating a vacuum in the home, drawing in fresh air), but with the addition of a heat exchanger (or stale air heat recovery unit). The incoming and outgoing air flows exchange heat in this exchanger. In winter, this system preheats the (cold) incoming air with the (warm) outgoing air, while in summer, it cools the (warm) incoming air with the (relatively cooler) outgoing air.
In the current COVID context, you are asked to ventilate for at least ¼ hour at the start of the day (especially when you start again this week) and regularly throughout the day.
In the PACIFIQUE building, the air conditioning system recirculates filtered indoor air. In the offices, laboratories and common areas, air conditioning (hot/cold) is provided by heat exchange. In ISOx cleanrooms, ambient parameters (P, T, humidity, particles) are controlled at 100% by the AHUs in accordance with the ISO standard. This air-conditioning system operates with air taken from inside and recirculated inside. Rooms therefore need to be aired regularly, as well as at the beginning of the day.
It is essential to wear protective PPE (gloves, goggles, masks, smocks, etc.) in cleanrooms.
Loca-fontaine was on site this morning to restart and disinfect our water fountains at Luminy-Oceanomed.
For Polytech, Luminy,
From Monday morning, Alain Dolla, Manon Bartoli and Gael Erauso will be organising the distribution of masks and the signatures of those present.
