The French Oceanographic Fleet has just published a graphic novel through Ouest-France Publishing, highlighting the missions it carries out across the world’s oceans to better understand and protect the Earth’s largest ecosystem: the ocean.
From the coast to the open sea, and from the surface to the depths, this adventure, which invites us to listen to the ocean, is rich and collaborative. Discover the crews and the boats—some of which you will no doubt be familiar with—in this book Across the Seven Seas of the World – A visual journey to the heart of the ocean.
Among them, you’ll recognise the Antédon 2 and its crew: Damien Schmutz, Arnaud Mahaud, Bruce Thomas and the scientists Jean-Luc Fuda, Sandrine Ruitton, Nagib Bhairy, Jean-Marc Feuerstein and Morgane Didry (MIO)!
