Users can access map data and occurrences from GBIF by filtering and downloading records directly from GBIF.org, and using the robust GBIF API, as well as the R and Python libraries. This session will present the options and considerations for creating maps from hit records accessed via GBIF. The content of this session will be based on recorded webinars from the Data Use Club:
