Provisional Timetable for the 2027 AAPG
Stage I
- July 2026: publication of the 2027 Action Plan and the 2027 Annual Programme of Grants; ;
- Early September 2026: publication of the 2027 AAPG Guide and the drafting template; publication of the PRCI annexes as and when collaborations are approved; IRIS opens for the submission of JCJC, PRME and PRC projects and the registration of PRCE and PRCI projects (under the «ANR lead agency» and «non-lead agency» schemes); ;
- 13 October 2026, 5.00 pm (Paris time): deadline for submission and registration for Stage I; ;
- Mid-February 2027: notification of Stage 1 results to the coordinators of eligible projects; final reports made available on IRIS.
Stage II
- End of February 2027: publication of the call for proposals; opening of IRIS for the submission of JCJC, PRME, PRC, PRCE and PRCI projects (under the «ANR lead agency» and «non-lead agency» schemes); ;
- End of March 2027: deadline for Stage 2 submissions; ;
- May 2027, week 20: the right of reply to expert reports on IRIS opens; Coordinators may view the expert reports received and submit a response, if required, via the IRIS website. An email announcing the opening of the right of reply is sent to all coordinators of eligible detailed proposals as of the opening date.
- July 2027: publication of the list of projects selected for funding (JCJC, PRME, PRC and PRCE) and notification of the project coordinators; ;
- From September 2027 to December 2027: publication of the PRCI results in accordance with the timetable for consultations with the various foreign agencies.
