The 2027 Call for Proposals for Funding Applications (DDS) at the INSU Technical Division is open from 22 June 2026with a deadline of 21 September 2026.
Submit an application for support
Applications for support must be submitted via the dedicated website.
This document will be used to present your project to the Monitoring Committee, comprising the INSU Management, the chairs of the Specialised Commissions (AA, OA, SIC, TS and IIT) and the DT Management. The DT-INSU’s involvement in the project will then be considered on the basis of the information provided.
The DT-INSU will be responsible for assessing the project’s feasibility (technical analysis, HR and financial resources), whilst the Specialist Committees will issue a scientific opinion. The Monitoring Committee, which meets annually (in early January), will set the DT’s funding priorities. We will contact you again to confirm whether or not your application will be included in the DT-INSU’s work programme.
Point to note
If your application to the DT-INSU relates to an application made under the INSU’s national programmes, We would ask you to use the same name for applications submitted to the INSU (CS IIT, LEFE, EC2CO, etc.) and to the DT.
Once you have submitted your request, your DU will automatically receive an email enabling you to justify the request.
He or she will then need to:
- Explain why the request for support cannot be fully met within your laboratory,
- Confirm the FTE staff involved in the laboratory for the period specified in this funding application.
Any application not supported by your DU will be automatically excluded from the assessment process.
