For this third Workshop 2025, the SFdS is repeating the Workshop on theGenerative Artificial Intelligence (AI). Today, AI occupies a central place in society, both in the academic world and in industry, in a wide variety of sectors. Recent advances in the field of content generation, whether images, text or video, are particularly exciting.
The aim of the workshop is to present the theoretical foundations of generative models, the main families of models, and their specific features for generating text or images, whether they are simple, such as an image of a cat, or complex, such as an X-ray, as can be found in the medical sector. Classical generation methods will be covered, as well as more advanced methods such as those based on diffusion models. Each part of the course will be illustrated by simple examples and/or applications on real data.
The detailed programme of the Workshop is available online.
The workshop will be led by Hakim Benkirane (CentraleSupelec, Gustave Roussy), Olivier Bernard (Creatis, INSA Lyon), Badih Ghattas (University of Aix-Marseille), Warith Harchaoui (Probabl.ai), Georges Oppenheim (Do-Phi) and Brian Britos Simmari (University of Aix-Marseille).
