Doctoral Course in Numerical Ocean-Atmosphere Modelling – 11th edition

23 November 2026 – 8.00 am - 27 November 2026 – 5.00 pm

The 11th edition of the PhD programme in numerical modelling of the atmosphere and the ocean will take place in Brest from Monday 23rd at Friday 27 November 2026, on the IUEM campus in Plouzané.

The training is supported by the national programme SUN. It will be delivered in French. It is primarily aimed at PhD students. It is also open to other research staff, subject to availability.

Registration is compulsory.

The training is free of charge, but your supervisors are responsible for covering the costs associated with your placement. Please ensure you arrange your placement well in advance. We provide certificates of attendance to the university for those who wish to have this training recognised by their doctoral programme.
