The 9th edition of the Symposium Climate and Impacts will take place on 24, 25 and 26 November 2026 at the University of Paris-Saclay (École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay, Gif-sur-Yvette), in person and online.

The conference will consist of oral presentations and posters (both physical and virtual). A number of keynote speeches will introduce the various sessions. As in previous years, ample time will be set aside for poster presentations and discussions among participants. Held in the Alain Aspect lecture theatre and the main hall of the École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay will allow us to comfortably accommodate participants, whose numbers have been steadily increasing with each conference (over 500 in 2024).

The call for sessions aims to highlight recent advances and emerging themes, and to foster synergies within our scientific communities. We invite the community to propose thematic sessions that are sufficiently focused to structure discussions, whilst remaining open enough to appeal to a wide range of participants and to foster dialogue between complementary approaches and disciplines.

We invite you to submit your session proposals by Tuesday 26 May 2026. Registration and abstract submission will open during the summer.
