On behalf of the Iberian Society of Cytometry (SIC) and the French Cytometry Association (AFC), it is our great pleasure to welcome you to Granada, Spain, for the 1st Mediterranean Conference on Flow Cytometry. This inaugural event is the result of a collaborative effort between the SIC and the AFC, who have joined forces to create a unique and ambitious scientific gathering.

The meeting will take place from 25 November to 27th, 2026, at the GRanada Exhibition and Conference Centre, and will bring together the SIC 2026 Intercalary Congress and the 29th Annual Congress of the AFC for the very first time.

In keeping with the rich scientific traditions of both societies, the programme will showcase the latest advances in flow cytometry across key disciplines such as haematology, immunology, microbiology, cell therapy, functional cytometry, and quality control. The event will also highlight innovative developments in high-content cytometry, artificial intelligence, automated data analysis, nanocytometry, and other emerging technologies.
