The aim of this conference is to give a voice to the actors involved in a Cifre thesis to enable them to share their experience and draw lessons for the future. Through these testimonials, the aim is to question the modalities and possible forms of action: how does the desire to carry out a Cifre thesis arise? How does it come about? How is a relationship of trust built between partners? What are the difficulties? How have they been overcome? What career opportunities are offered? How does the network of Cifre doctors, built up over the years, contribute to transforming French research today and tomorrow?
