The "Eiffel" excellence scholarship program is open
The Eiffel scholarship programme is a tool developed by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education institutions to attract the best foreign students to master's and doctoral degree courses.
It trains future foreign decision-makers, from the private and public sectors, in priority fields of study and stimulates applications from students from emerging countries up to 30 years old for the master's level and from emerging and industrialized countries up to 35 years old for the doctoral level.
